TABEO-1/M/ZIRKON-100

The TABEO-1/M/ZIRKON-100 is a sintering furnace designed for a sintering tray with a diameter of Ø 100 mm and a height of 30 mm. The heating chamber is front-loaded and manually opened and closed via a swing door.

Four high-quality molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements enable the furnace to reach a maximum sintering temperature of 1650°C with heating rates of up to 25°C/min. Device and program parameters can be easily entered and stored in the program controller, offering 9 available program slots.

The device status is visualized via a 7-segment LED display. Three preset service programs assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the heating system and sintering accessories.
