Isoprint for the isolation of SLA/DLP 3D-printed models!

Addressing the Challenges of Isolation in 3D Printed Models with Isoprint

In today's world of dental laboratories, dentistry, orthodontics, etc., precision and efficiency are paramount. As more professionals integrate 3D printing into their workflows, one challenge consistently stands out—effective isolation on 3D printed models.

Traditional methods often fall short, leading to time-consuming processes, less-than-perfect results, and increased frustration for both technicians and clinicians. Whether it's ensuring clear margins for crowns, accurate bracket placement in orthodontics, or simply achieving a smooth workflow, isolation issues can create unnecessary obstacles.

That's where Interdent's latest innovation, **ISOPRINT**, comes into play. Designed specifically to tackle these challenges, Isoprint offers:

✅ Perfect Isolation: Achieve sharp, clear margins every time, enhancing the fit and finish of your restorations.
✅ Efficiency: Reduce time spent on rework due to isolation issues, allowing your lab to operate smoothly and deliver on time.
✅ Versatility: Applicable across various dental specialties, from prosthodontics to orthodontics, making it an essential tool in any lab's arsenal.

Isoprint is not just another product; it's a solution built to enhance the quality and precision of your work, enabling you to focus on what you do best—delivering exceptional results for your patients.

ISOPRINT is a water-based, alcohol-free isolator intended for the isolation of SLA/DLP 3D-printed models when applying cold polymerising acrylic materials. It provides good insulation and is easily removed with warm water.

REF: 150

PACKAGING: 100g

Application:

For good insulation, apply Isoprint in two layers. Squeeze the necessary amount of Isoprint from the bottle and spread it in a thin layer using a brush (e.g. REF A01).

Dry the applied layer:

  • using a hairdryer for approx. 1 min. or
  • under a polymerisation lamp at T 45-50°C for 3-4 min. or
  • air dry for 20 min.

Before applying the second layer, the first must be completely dry so that it is not sticky to the touch.

Before insulating, block any undercuts on the model with wax (e.g. REF 186-30 Block-Out Wax). After the insulation, continue with the application of the acrylic mass according to the manufacturer's instructions.
