RULES OF Facebook GIVEAWY “Free Course for you and your friend” ON THE Interdent Slovenia PROFILE
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZER
The organizer of the Giveawy is Interdent d.o.o., Opekarniška cesta 26, 3000 Celje.
ARTICLE 2: DURATION, PURPOSE AND END OF THE PRIZE GAME
The Giveaway is conducted in order to promote the organizer. The Giveaway runs from 28.2.2020 to 13.3.2020, and applies to the entire business area of Interdent d.o.o.
ARTICLE 3: PROMOTION CHANNELS
The promotional materials will be available on the organizer's official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/interdent.slovenia/).
ARTICLE 4: PRIZE FUND
The prize fund contains 4 Free Courses (2x for dental technicians and 2x for dentists) of the winner`s choice. The value of one course is 150 €. The prize is not divisible, it must be used in full, it is also non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner can apply on a more expensive course and pay the difference.
ARTICLE 5: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
All individuals and legal entities that are members of the Facebook social network can participate in the Giveaway. Employees of the organizer, members of the jury and their immediate family members (parents, spouses, children, siblings) must not participate in the Giveaway.
ARTICLE 6: HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GIVEAWAY
The organizer will post the prize question on the Facebook social network during the duration of the Giveaway. The organizer will not announce the exact hour of publication of the prize question. Reward mechanism: The user must tag himself in the photo if he has found his autograph on it and write down in the comment below the post whether he is a dental technician or a dentist. Each participant can - has the right to invite his friend, who will also receive the award, to participate. If the winner has not invited a friend, the second prize will not be awarded.
ARTICLE 7: WINNER SELECTION
The organizer will randomly draw the winner among the authors of the answers. If the winner invites a friend to participate, he will also receive the prize, regardless of whether he has participated himself. The selection will take into consideration all the answers that were published under the post of the Giveaway question until the last day of the prize contest namely two weeks after the publication of the Giveaway. The prize draw will be made after the completed Giveaway within seven (7) days after the Giveaway has been completed.
ARTICLE 8: ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
The name of the winner will be published on the organizer's Facebook page, in Giveaway post comments, or in an additional post relating to the Giveaway.
ARTICLE 9: UNDERTAKING THE AWARD
After the announcement, the winners will be asked to send their information in a private message to Facebook. The winner must provide their personal information (name, surname, address, telephone number, company name, tax number and e-mail). The organizer will then notify the winner of the Giveaway, about the prize collection, within 5 working days. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, he/she loses the right to the prize and the prize is canceled.
ARTICLE 10: PARTICIPANTS OF THE GIVEAWAY
Participants may not claim the prize in larger quantities or other prizes than those specified in the Giveaway rules. By participating in the Giveaway, the entrant accepts the Giveaway rules and agrees to respect them. Participants can only win the prize once in the Giveaway.
ARTICLE 11: MISTAKES AND INCORRECTLY FILLED APPLICATIONS
Incorrect or incomplete entries are invalid and will not be taken into consideration at prize draw. More participants with the same surname at the same address will be considered as one.
ARTICLE 12: PUBLICITY
The Participant agrees that his/her name and surname are published and used in digital, image or video format without any compensation from the organizer.
ARTICLE 13: TAX LIABILITIES
Payment of all taxes on prizes (including VAT) is the responsibility of the organizer, who deducts the advance payment of personal income tax from the value of the prize in accordance with applicable regulations. Any additional payment of personal income tax on the basis of the annual income tax decision is the responsibility of the recipient of the award himself.
ARTICLE 14: IN CASE OF LEGAL DISPUTE
In case of a dispute between the organizer and the participants, the Celje court has jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 15: POSSIBILITY TO DISCONTINUE THE GIVEAWEAY
The Giveaway may be interrupted in the event of circumstances for which the organizer is not responsible, which could not have been anticipated, avoided or prevented. Participants will be notified of the cancellation of the Giveaway via the official Facebook page.
ARTICLE 16: FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or in any way affiliated with Facebook. By participating, the user agrees and understands that all information in the Giveaway is provided to the organizer and not to Facebook.
ARTICLE 17: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Interdent d.o.o., Opekarniška cesta 26, 3000 Celje stores and processes all personal data of participants in the Giveaway, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection and Protection Act and in accordance with GDPR legislation.
