GELCAST SYSTEM
Used for making upper and lower total prosthesis with acrylic pouring technique.
Advantages:
- Making total dentures with the Gelcast system is fast (approx. 100 min).
- There is no cleaning of the plaster from the interdental spaces in the prosthesis.
- Easier finishing, as the modeling in wax is equal to the casting in acrylate.
- This method eliminates the risk of the bite elevation, which is what happens with the classic method of making a prosthesis with plaster.

INTERACRYL CAST
Interacryl Cast is self-curing cadmium-free methyl methacrylate based artificial material, supplied as polymer (powder) and monomer (liquid). In compliance with the international standard EN ISO 20795-1.
Indications:
- completion of casted partial removable dentures,
- relining of dentures,
- extension of dentures,
- pouring technique in prosthetics (f.e. Gelcast system).
POLYMERISATION UNIT
Used for polymerisation of self-curing acrylics – Interacryl Cold, Interacryl Ortho, Interacryl Cast and Interacryl Plast.
Equipped with pressure gauge, air valve, safety valve and relief valve.
Contents 5 l Max. pressure 2.5 bar/55°C.
